Okay, so I’ve been watching wrestling for, like, forever, and it’s crazy how much WWE has changed over the years. I started thinking, “What era are we even in now?” So, I did some digging and wanted to share my findings with you all.
First, I went down memory lane, thinking about the different eras we’ve had.

- The PG Era, that was around 2008 to 2013.
- Then came the Reality Era, from about 2014 to 2016.
- And since 2016, we’ve supposedly been in the New Era.
But then I stumbled upon an interview with Triple H, and he said something that really got me thinking. He mentioned that we’re in a “resurgence” of WWE, and it’s bigger than it’s ever been, even bigger than the Attitude Era! That’s a bold statement, right?
I kept digging and found out that WWE is making some big moves. Starting in 2025, they’re going to stream “Raw” exclusively on Netflix in the U.S.. That’s huge! They’re going to have all sorts of new shows on Netflix, like profiles on wrestlers and classic matches. It sounds like they’re really trying to expand their reach.
Also, I learned that they are starting on Monday at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood.
I read another interview where Triple H compared the current talent and global reach to the Attitude Era. And another article, someone was saying that WWE is in a successful phase under new management.
Then, I found out that WWE is partnering with several wrestling schools, and they’re treating wrestlers like “prospects.” It seems like they’re investing a lot in the future.
There was another article where Triple H was making the case that the current era is bigger than the Attitude Era. And even Cody Rhodes, who’s headlining WrestleMania, is saying some pretty bold stuff about the state of WWE.

So, What’s the Verdict?
After all this digging, I’m starting to think that we’re not just in a “New Era.” We might be in something even bigger. With all the changes happening, like the Netflix deal, and the focus on new talent, it feels like WWE is really stepping up its game. They’re reaching more people than ever before. I don’t know, maybe Triple H is right. This might actually be the biggest era of WWE yet. What do you guys think?
