And let me tell ya, she ain’t just been sittin’ back and relaxin’ after that. Bianca Belair is one of the top women in the WWE, and in 2024, she’s still holdin’ her own, stayin’ strong and takin’ names.

Now, let’s not forget about Sasha Banks, who now goes by Mercedes Moné over in AEW. She’s another one who’s been breakin’ down them barriers. She’s one of the most talented wrestlers to ever lace up a pair of boots, and she’s still gettin’ the respect she deserves. Her match at WrestleMania 37 with Bianca Belair is a match for the history books, no doubt about it. Even though she’s takin’ her talents to AEW now, she still holds a special place in the WWE world.
And, oh, there’s Naomi. She’s been around for a while now, and she’s a fan favorite. Folks just love watchin’ her light up that ring with her energy. She’s another one of them who’s been pushin’ the boundaries and showin’ the world that black women can not only compete but can lead the charge. Her match at WrestleMania 2024, with a team that included Bianca Belair and Jade Cargill, was somethin’ special. It really showed how far things have come.
Let’s not forget about the newer faces on the scene too. Women like Kayden Carter, Jaida Parker, and Kelani Jordan are out here makin’ their mark, and they ain’t holdin’ back. They’s workin’ hard, and with folks like them comin’ up, the future of WWE is lookin’ bright for black women in wrestling.
And what about the NXT women, huh? You got Lash Legend, who’s got the presence to take over any room she walks into. Then there’s Jaida Parker and Kelani Jordan, both of ‘em bringin’ somethin’ fresh and new to the table. NXT’s got some serious talent, and them black women are right at the forefront.
When ya look at the big picture, it’s clear that black women in WWE are takin’ over in 2024. They’s breakin’ records, takin’ titles, and showin’ the world they belong at the top.
