As far as college baseball goes, this game was one for the books. Kansas State, they might not be goin’ to the College World Series just yet, but they got them a solid team that could go all the way someday. They got talent all around, from their pitchers to their batters. Southeast Missouri, though, don’t count ‘em out. They’re a strong team too, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see ‘em back next season, ready to give it another shot.
In the end, Kansas State took the win, and they moved on to the Super Regional, where they’ll get a chance to show their stuff once again.
