Alright, so I was chilling on the couch today, scrolling through random stuff online, when a question popped into my head: “Do the Japanese have Cubans in their baseball teams?” I mean, I know Cuban players are awesome, and Japanese baseball is huge, so it seemed like a legit thing to wonder about.
First, I fired up Google. Just typed in the question straight up. You know, keep it simple.
I scanned through a few articles. Okay, it became pretty clear, that YES, they totally do! It’s not some super rare thing.
Then I wanted some proof. So, I started searching for specific player names, I dug a little deeper, and bam! I had my answer.
I then looked for confirmation, that I had found the answer.
So, yeah, long story short, the Japanese baseball leagues definitely have Cuban players. It’s a thing. Mystery solved! Now, back to my regularly scheduled internet browsing…
