Well, let me tell ya, that Jake Paul and Mike Tyson fight, it was somethin’ else. Folks were buzzin’ ’bout it for weeks, like flies on a honey pot. Everyone and their grandma wanted to know who won the Jake Paul Mike Tyson boxing match, and I was right there with ’em, even though I ain’t got a clue ’bout boxin’ rules.
Now, from what I hear, it was Jake Paul, that young whippersnapper, who took home the bacon. They say he beat Tyson by somethin’ they call a “unanimous decision.” I reckon that means all them judges, they pointed their fingers at Jake. Said he won fair and square, or as fair as a fight can be, I guess. Scores were somethin’ like 80-72 and 79-73, twice. Sounds like Jake had a good night, that’s for sure.

Tyson, bless his heart, he’s an old fella now. Fifty-eight years young, they say. That’s older than my prize-winning rooster! He used to be a real terror in the ring, a knockout king. But time catches up to everyone, even tough guys like Tyson. He looked a bit…tired, from what they told me. Like he was fightin’ more with his age than with Jake. Makes you think, don’t it?
They had this fight in a big ol’ place down in Texas, AT&T Stadium they called it. Big enough to hold a whole county, I bet. And wouldn’t you know it, 70,000 folks showed up to watch them two boys dance around. That’s a whole lotta people! More than you’d see at the county fair, I tell ya.
- Jake Paul won
- By unanimous decision
- Tyson looked tired
- Fight was in Texas
- Lots of people watched
And get this, they say millions more watched it on somethin’ called Netflix. I ain’t got no Netflix, mind you. Too busy tendin’ to my chickens and whatnot. But apparently, it was a big deal. They say it was the most-watched sports thingy ever on Netflix. 108 million people all over the world! Imagine that! More folks than there are chickens in my coop, that’s for darn sure.
So, Jake Paul beats Mike Tyson. That’s the long and short of it. Some folks are happy, some ain’t. Some say it was a good fight, some say it was a waste of time. Me? I just hope them boys didn’t hurt each other too bad. Age catches up to you, and punches don’t help none. And all them folks watching, well, they got their show, didn’t they? That’s what matters, I suppose.
Now, I ain’t no expert on boxin’, like I said. I couldn’t tell you a jab from a hook if my life depended on it. But I know a win when I hear about it. And I know when a fella is past his prime. Tyson, he gave it his best shot, I reckon. But Jake Paul, he was younger, faster, and maybe just a little bit luckier. That’s how it goes sometimes, in life and in boxin’, I guess. It was supposed to be a big deal fight, a Mike Tyson vs Jake Paul showdown, and I reckon it was, just not in the way some folks expected.
They say Jake was respectful, though. Didn’t go all out tryin’ to knock the old man’s head off. Took it easy a bit, like a good grandson should. That’s what I heard, anyway. He coulda probably finished Tyson off early, but he let it go to a decision. Maybe he felt bad, beatin’ up on an old-timer. Or maybe he was just bein’ smart, savin’ himself for another fight. Who knows?

Anyways, that’s the story as I understand it. Jake Paul wins by unanimous decision, lots of folks watched, and Tyson’s gettin’ too old for this stuff. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go feed them chickens. They’re probably wonderin’ what all the fuss is about.
It was held at the ATT stadium in Arlington, Texas. And Jake Paul outboxed the legend Mike Tyson in front of a record crowd. That’s what they’re saying anyway. I just hope everybody got home safe and sound. That’s more important than any fight, you ask me.
