Listen up, y’all! You wanna watch them Huskies play football, huh? It ain’t that hard, even for an old woman like me. I figured it out, so you can too. Let me tell ya, there’s a bunch of ways to catch the game, so don’t you worry none.
First thing’s first, you gotta know when them Huskies are playin’. That’s the most important part, right? Can’t watch a game if you don’t know when it’s on! They always tell ya on the TV, or you can look it up on that internet thingy. My grandkids showed me how, even though I still don’t get it half the time. Just type in somethin’ like “Huskies football schedule.” Easy peasy.

Okay, now you know when the game is. So, where to watch huskies football? That’s what you really wanna know, ain’t it? Well, there’s the good ol’ TV. Sometimes, them big games are on regular TV, like on FOX. Yeah, that channel with the talking animals and the singing shows. They show football too, sometimes. You just gotta flip through the channels until you find it. My old TV’s got a knob, you gotta turn it real slow, but you young folks with your fancy remotes, you’ll find it quicker.
- Watch on TV: Big games might be on FOX or other channels. Just keep an eye out.
Now, if it ain’t on regular TV, don’t go cryin’ about it. There’s other ways. My grandkids, they always talkin’ about “streaming.” Sounds like somethin’ you do with a river, but it ain’t. It’s like watchin’ TV on that internet thing again. They got these fancy services, like Foo-boh, or is it Few-bo? And there’s that Hoo-loo thing too, with the plus sign and the live TV. Sounds complicated, I know, but the young folks, they say it’s easy. You pay ’em some money, and you get to watch all sorts of stuff, including them Huskies.
They say you can even listen to the game on the internet, just the talkin’ part, no picture. Like listenin’ to the radio, but fancier. They call it “streaming audio.” If you just wanna hear what’s goin’ on, that’s a good way to do it, I guess. Saves your eyes, less strain on the ol’ peepers. And they even got somethin’ called “streaming stats,” which I guess is all the numbers and such. I don’t care much for that, I just wanna see them boys run and throw the ball.
- Streaming Services: Fubo, Hulu + Live TV, and others let you watch games online. You gotta pay for ’em, though.
- Streaming Audio: Just listen to the game, no picture. Good if you’re busy doin’ other things.
And get this, some games, especially the big ones, are on national TV! That means everyone in the whole country can watch! Them announcers, they get all excited and yell into the microphone. It’s kinda fun, even if I don’t always understand what they’re jabberin’ about. They got one fella doin’ the play-by-play, tellin’ ya what’s happenin’ on the field. And then there’s another fella, an “analyst” they call him, who’s supposed to explain it all. Sometimes they make sense, sometimes they don’t. But it’s all part of the fun, I reckon.
Big games, like those against the rivals or during the bowl season, are often on national TV, like FOX. You’ll get the announcers and everything. It’s a whole big production.
So, there you have it. That’s how you watch them Huskies play football. It ain’t rocket science, even if it sounds like it sometimes with all that “streaming” and “Foo-boh” talk. Just find out when the game is, then find it on TV, or on one of them fancy internet services. And if all else fails, just ask one of them young folks. They seem to know everything about this stuff.

Remember, it’s all about supporting our team. Whether it’s Weber State or some other university, Huskies are fun to watch. They run fast, hit hard, and sometimes even win! And that’s what makes it all worthwhile, sittin’ there watchin’ them young fellas play their hearts out. Makes an old woman like me feel young again, even if just for a little while.
And don’t forget, there is always plenty of Huskies games through out the season. The season opener against Weber State is just the first of many! So there are plenty of opportunities to figure out where to watch huskies football, and make it work for you, no matter how old or tech-savvy you are. We all can cheer for those Huskies!
So go on now, get yourself set up to watch the game. And don’t forget to cheer loud for them Huskies! They need all the help they can get, them boys.
- National Broadcast: Big games get a lot of attention, easy to find on TV.
- Ask for Help: Don’t be ashamed to ask a young person to help you figure out the technology.
Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go find my glasses. Game’s about to start, and I don’t wanna miss a thing!
