Alright, so I’m a huge Mississippi State Bulldogs fan, and I wanted to catch their football games without the hassle of cable TV. I did some digging and found a few ways to stream their games online. Here’s what I did:
First, I checked out DIRECTV STREAM.

- I clicked on their website and looked at their plans. It seemed like a solid option with various channels, including the ones that broadcast the Bulldogs’ games.
- I saw they had an “Entertainment” plan which had the channels I needed.
Then, I explored fuboTV.
- I went to their site and signed up for a free trial. This let me test it out without committing right away.
- It had a pretty good selection of sports channels, so I could watch not just football but other games too.
Next up was Hulu Live TV.
- I already had a Hulu account for shows, so I just upgraded it to the Live TV option. It was pretty easy to do.
- They have a bunch of channels, including ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC – perfect for catching those Mississippi State games.
I also gave Sling TV a look.
- Their website was a bit tricky to navigate at first, but I figured it out.
- They had different packages, and I found one that included the sports channels I wanted.
Lastly, I tried YouTube TV.
- I signed up for their free trial, which was super simple.
- I was able to stream live TV from ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC. Plus, I could cancel anytime, which was a nice bonus.
After trying out these options, I realized that any of them could work for watching Mississippi State football. It really comes down to personal preference and which interface you like best. Personally, I ended up going with YouTube TV because I liked how clean and straightforward it was, plus it fit my budget just fine.
I also did a quick search to see when their next game was. I found out that they had a game on Saturday, February 18th at 4:00 PM ET against the Ole Miss Rebels. And then on January 22nd, they were playing against Kentucky Wildcats, another SEC opponent. These are very important for me. I even saw that they had a game coming up against the Arkansas Razorbacks at Davis Wade Stadium, and they were set to play against the Alabama Crimson Tide at Bryant-Denny Stadium at 7:00 PM ET on another Saturday. I made sure to mark these dates on my calendar so I wouldn’t miss them!

So yeah, that’s how I figured out how to watch Mississippi State football without cable. It took a bit of trial and error, but now I’m all set for the season!
