Yo, what’s up, guys! Today, I wanna share my experience on how to target arms in WWE 2K24. I spent quite a bit of time figuring this out, and I think it’s worth sharing with all of you who are into this game.
Getting Started
First off, I jumped into the game and went straight to the Gameplay menu. Then I hit up Options to tweak a few things. You know, to make it a bit easier while I was still getting the hang of it, I set the difficulty to Easy. Trust me, it helps a lot when you’re trying to understand the mechanics.

Figuring Out the Controls
Next up, I tried to figure out how to actually target the arms. After messing around with the controller, I found out that you gotta hold the right bumper and then press the face button that corresponds with limb targeting. It took a bit of practice, but once I got it down, it was like second nature.
Experimenting with Moves
- Light Grapples: I started by standing my opponent’s legs, pressing the Circle/B button, and then hitting Square/X for a light grapple. It’s pretty basic, but it’s a good starting point.
- Strong Grapples: When I wanted to step it up, I used X/A instead for a strong move. This is where you can really start to see the difference. Power wrestlers like Bobby Lashley can do some crazy deadlift powerbombs, while technical wrestlers will focus more on targeting specific limbs. It’s pretty cool to see the different styles.
Using Weapons
Of course, no WWE game is complete without weapons. To pick up a weapon, I just stood near it and pressed LB/L1. Getting weapons from under the ring was a bit trickier. I had to get down from the ring and then press LB/L1 while standing near the apron. This opened up the weapon wheel, and from there, I could choose whatever I wanted to use. Broken chairs, anyone?
Practice Makes Perfect
I spent hours just practicing these moves and techniques. It wasn’t always smooth, and there were definitely times when I got my butt kicked. But each time, I learned something new, and I got a little bit better. Eventually, I was able to target arms pretty effectively, and it made the game so much more fun.
Wrapping Up
So, there you have it. That’s how I learned to target arms in WWE 2K24. It took some time, some patience, and a lot of practice, but it was totally worth it. Hopefully, this little guide will help some of you out there who are struggling with the same thing. Just remember to keep at it, and you’ll be breaking arms like a pro in no time!
Peace out, and happy gaming!
