That WWE 2K24, my grandson plays it all the time. He’s always yelling at the TV, that boy. Sounds like he’s wrestling a bear in there. He told me all about how to beat up people in that game. Says it’s fun. I don’t know, seems rough to me. But, if you wanna know how to injure someone in WWE 2K24, I guess I can tell you what he told me. Just don’t go blaming me if you get in trouble.
First thing, that boy, he says you gotta get ’em on the ground. Wrestle ’em down, you know? Like when we used to pin down the hogs for, well, never you mind. Once they’re down, you gotta be quick. Stand near their head, he says. That’s important. WWE 2K24 head grapples, that’s what you need. Then you can really mess ’em up. He always says, “Grandma, it is a video game!” But it looks so real!

He showed me on his TV, how you use buttons. Big buttons, little buttons, all sorts. Says you gotta press the X button, or the A button. Depends on what kinda box you got, I reckon. He has a whole bunch of them things, too many if you ask me. Anyway, you press those buttons near their head, or their belly, or their legs, and you give ’em a good wallop! That’s a heavy strike, he calls it. Sounds painful.
- Get ’em down on the mat!
- Stand near their head.
- Press X or A, real hard!
Sometimes, he says, you can jump on ’em. Like those wrestlers on TV, flying through the air. He does that in the game, jumps right on their legs. Calls it a leg drop. Or he sits on their hip, calls it a hip drop. Kids these days, they got names for everything. And ground and pound, just beat them when they are on the ground. If you want to know how to target specific parts in WWE 2K24, you just do all these, I guess.
That boy, he tries to show me all the moves. Says there’s a whole bunch of ’em. Too many for this old brain to remember. He says you can do different things depending on where you stand, what buttons you press, all that. It’s all about the right way to injure someone in WWE 2K24. Seems complicated, but he does it easy. Kids and their fast fingers. He can control the guy to target body in WWE 2K24, you know.
He says some moves, they grab the other guy, twist ’em around. Grapples, he calls ’em. He’s always yelling about grapples. Says you gotta do a grapple to really hurt ’em. I guess it works, ’cause the guys on his TV, they sure look like they’re hurtin’. He keeps telling me, “Grandma, it’s just a game!” But it looks mighty real to me.
I asked him, why you wanna hurt people in a game? He says it’s just for fun. Part of the game. Win by hurtin’ the other guy. Different times, I guess. Back in my day, we played outside. Skinned our knees, maybe got in a scuffle, but nothin’ like this. I know it is just a game, but remember, how to injure someone in WWE 2K24, just press X or A.
- Use X or A for strong attacks.
- Do a leg drop, that looks like it hurts.
- Do a hip drop, right on their middle!
- Lots of grapples, whatever those are.
He showed me one time, he was playing with his friend. They were both yelling at the TV, whoopin’ and hollerin’. Looked like they were having fun, I suppose. But all that violence, it’s a bit much for me. I prefer a nice quiet game of cards, myself. Or maybe just sitting on the porch, watching the sun go down. These WWE 2K24 moves are just too much for me.
But that grandson of mine, he loves it. He can play that game for hours. Says he’s gonna be a wrestler someday, just like on TV. I told him, be careful. Those wrestlers, they get hurt for real. He just laughed and said, “Grandma, it’s all fake.” Maybe it is, maybe it isn’t. But it sure looks real to me. That’s all about how to injure someone in WWE 2K24. Don’t tell him I told you, okay?
Anyway, if you want to know how to beat up someone in that WWE 2K24 game, just do what my grandson does. Get them on the ground, stand by their head, press those buttons and choose the strong attack in WWE 2K24. Do those grapples, jump on their legs. You’ll figure it out, I guess. Just be careful. And don’t go blaming me if you get hurt. It’s just a game, after all. Remember, it’s important to win, just like real wrestling.
