Okay, so I wanted to watch the LSU football game today, and I wasn’t totally sure how to go about it. Here’s the whole deal, step-by-step:
Figuring Out Where to Start
First thing I did was just a quick search to see who LSU was even playing. You know, gotta start somewhere. It is pretty obvious to find their competitors today, once I got that sorted, I needed to figure out the broadcast situation.

Checking the Game Schedule
Then. I went straight to check the time schedule. I needed to find the official schedule to double-check the game time and what channel it was on. It is so easy to get all the game details.
Finding the Right Channel or Stream
This part was a little trickier. I found out which networks might be showing the game, I’m thinking:
- Do I have cable? If so, great! I can just flip to the right channel.
- If not. then I gotta figure out streaming.
Exploring Streaming Options
I don’t have cable, I started looking at streaming services. I know some of the big ones usually carry live sports, so I checked those first.
Making Sure It Worked
I picked a streaming option that had a free trial (score!), made a quick account. Then I went into app and checked the guide to see that the channel I needed was listed. And found it. I was good to go.
Game Time!
Finally, I made some snacks, and then, I was all set to watch the game. No more fuss, just football!
Hopefully, this helps somebody else out there who’s trying to catch the game. It’s not always super straightforward, but with a little bit of digging, you can usually find a way to watch.
