Alright, so you wanna know about that F1 racin’ thing, huh? When them cars start goin’ fast for that qualifyin’ thing? I tell ya, it ain’t always the same time, no sir. These fellas, they race all over the world, different places, different times. It’s a whole mess of confusion if you ask me.

So, what time does that F1 qualifyin’ start? Well, it depends, see? Like, sometimes they’re in that Qatar place, and them fellas start zoomin’ around at 9 at night! Can you believe it? 9 at night! Who races at that time? Must be some fancy lights they got over there.
Then, there’s that Vegas race. Vegas, baby! Bright lights, big city, and them cars racin’ at 10 at night! Ten o’clock! Land sakes, I’d be in bed by then. But these fellas, they’re just gettin’ started.
Now, I heard tell they also race in Brazil. Brazil, that’s way down south, right? Well, them fellas start racin’ at 7:30 in the mornin’! Mornin’, I tell ya! Guess they like gettin’ up early down there. Maybe they gotta get it done before it gets too hot.
- Qatar: 9:00pm local time (+3 GMT) – Saturday
- Las Vegas: 10:00pm local time – Friday or Saturday (Seems like they change it up!)
- Brazil: 7:30am local time (-3 GMT) – Sunday
See? It’s all over the place! You gotta figure out where they’re racin’ first, then you can figure out what time it starts. It ain’t easy, I tell ya. They should just pick one time and stick to it, that’s what I say.
Now, this qualifyin’ thing, it’s how they figure out who starts where in the big race. They got these Q1, Q2, and Q3 things. Sounds complicated, but it ain’t really. The fastest cars go on to the next part, and the slow ones, well, they gotta start further back. It’s like a horse race, I guess, but way faster and louder.
And how do you watch it? Well, they say it’s on TV, pretty much everywhere. But I don’t know nothin’ about that fancy cable stuff. I reckon you young folks can figure that out. Probably on that internet thing too, right? Everything’s on the internet these days.

This whole F1 thing, it’s a lot to take in. Fast cars, different countries, different times. But folks seem to like it. They cheer and holler and wave them flags. I guess it’s excitin’ if you’re into that sort of thing. Me? I’d rather watch a good sunset, but to each their own, I always say. Just remember, to know when that qualifyin’ starts, you gotta know where they’re racin’ first. Then you can look it up and set your clock, or whatever you young folks do these days.
One more thing, them fellas in Vegas, they start racin’ late on Friday or Saturday. Yep, that’s what I heard. Friday or Saturday night. Seems like they can’t make up their minds! And that Qatar race, they do that qualifyin’ thing on Saturday afternoon, then they got another race they call “Sprint”, before the big race. These fellas and their racin’ rules, always changin’ things up.
So there you have it. That’s about all I know about that F1 qualifyin’ stuff. Hope it helps you young’uns figure out when to watch them fast cars go zoomin’ around.
