- 3 sets of 15 sit-ups or crunches.
- 3 sets of 10 squats.
- 3 sets of 30 seconds plank.
- Cool-down:
- 5 minutes of light jogging or walking.
- 5 minutes of static stretching, holding each stretch for about 30 seconds.
