Okay, so I was messing around with this idea of tracking my height and weight, you know, just for fun. I decided to call it “ali height and weight,” ’cause why not?
First, I grabbed a measuring tape. Had to make sure it was a good one, not one of those flimsy ones that stretch out. Then, I stood up against a wall – gotta make sure you’re straight, no slouching!

I had my friend help me out. He marked where the top of my head hit the wall with a pencil. Then, I used the measuring tape to see how high that mark was from the floor. Wrote that down – that’s the height part done.
Weight Time
Next up, the weight. I have a digital scale, which is pretty handy. Jumped on it, waited for the numbers to settle, and boom – there’s my weight. Jotted that down next to my height.
Repeat for a few days
I figured it would be cool to see if there were any changes, so I did this whole thing for a few days. Same time each day, just to be consistent. And I put all the results in a ul
-
Day 1:Height: 68 inches, Weight: 167.2 lbs
-
Day 2:Height: 68 inches, Weight: 168.1 lbs
-
Day 3:Height: 68 inches, Weight: 167.5 lbs
Looks Like my height keeps the same, weight fluctuates slightly, my body weight is not fixed, I can accept that. That’s pretty much it. Nothing fancy, just a little experiment I did at home. Turns out, I am the ali!
