Alright, alright, lemme tell ya ’bout this whole Uncle Howdy thing, ya know, the wrestling stuff. Folks been yappin’ about it, so I figured I’d give ya my two cents, even if it ain’t worth much.
So, this fella, Bray Wyatt, he came back to wrestling, WWE they call it, back in 2022. Big deal, everyone was makin’ a fuss. Then, boom, this Uncle Howdy shows up, all spooky and weird. Now, turns out, Uncle Howdy, that’s Bray’s brother, Bo Dallas. Imagine that, brothers workin’ together, just like in the old days, ha!

But then, somethin’ real sad happened. Bray, he up and died last year, 2023 it was. Awful, just awful. Young fella, gone too soon. Folks were heartbroken, ya know? And this whole Uncle Howdy thing, well, it kinda stopped for a bit. Everything went quiet like.
Now, some folks, they got their noses all bent outta shape. Said it ain’t right, usin’ Bray’s memory like that. Exploitation, they called it. Big word, huh? But Bo, he don’t see it that way. He’s proud, he says, to be carryin’ on Bray’s legacy. He’s honorin’ his brother, that’s what he says, by bein’ this Uncle Howdy fella and leadin’ some group called the Wyatt Sicks. Sounds kinda crazy, but hey, that’s wrestlin’ for ya.
He went on some podcast, “Headlock” I think it was called. Talked all about it, how he’s keepin’ Bray’s spirit alive. Guess he figures it’s the best way to remember him, by doin’ what they both loved, even if it’s kinda spooky and strange.
And just when ya thought it was all over, guess what? Uncle Howdy and his creepy buddies, they came back! Scared the bejeebers outta folks, that’s for sure. Showed up on somethin’ called “Monday Night Raw,” June 17th it was. Made a real mess, too. Tore up the place, beat up some poor fella named Chad Gable. Just wild, I tell ya.
Now, they say you can watch all this on somethin’ called Peacock. Don’t know what that is, some kinda fancy TV thing, I reckon. But the young’uns, they all know about it. They watch these wrestlers doin’ their thing, flippin’ and flyin’ and pretendin’ to beat each other up. It ain’t real, ya know, but it’s entertainment, they say.

So, did Uncle Howdy return to WWE? You bet your bottom dollar he did! And he brought some friends, too, not the friendly kind, mind you. Looks like they’re stirrin’ up trouble again. Whether ya like it or not, this whole Uncle Howdy thing is back, and it seems like it’s gonna be a wild ride. I don’t understand half of it, all this spooky stuff and the smack talkin’, but hey, if it keeps them youngsters entertained, I guess it’s alright. Just hope nobody else gets hurt, ya know? These wrestlers, they take a beatin’, even if it ain’t real. It’s a tough business, that’s for sure.
And that’s all I got to say about it. This whole Uncle Howdy return, it’s got folks talkin’, that’s for sure. Whether it’s good or bad, well, that’s for each person to decide. Me? I’m just an old woman, watchin’ the world go by. But even I can see that this wrestling stuff, it’s got a hold on people. And this Uncle Howdy, he’s right in the middle of it all.
So yeah, Uncle Howdy’s back. Whether that’s a good thing or a bad thing, only time will tell. But one thing’s for sure, it ain’t gonna be boring.
