Alright, so I wanted to catch the Colorado State football game today, and I figured I’d jot down how I went about it, just in case anyone else is trying to do the same thing.
Figuring Out the Schedule
First things first, I needed to know when the game was actually happening. I just pulled out my phone and did a quick search. Seriously, that’s usually the fastest way to get the game time, especially if it’s a same-day thing. The top result gave me the kickoff time, easy peasy.

Finding the Right Channel
Next up, I had to figure out what channel was showing the game. If it were some huge national game, I could guess ESPN. But for many games, I do the same quick search. It shows the channel clear as day. I looked at the search result, and ok, now I knew where to find it.
Choosing My Viewing Method
Now, this is where it gets personal, right? How you watch depends on what you’ve got. These are the ways I tried to make sure I can watch the game, so you might find one for you.
- Cable/Satellite:If you have a cable or satellite package, you are probably good. Just go to the channel.
- Streaming Service:I also checked, and yup, it’s on one of my streaming services. That’s always a win because I can watch on my TV, my laptop, my phone, whatever.
Getting Ready for Kickoff
Once I had the time and the channel/platform sorted, it was all about getting ready. This is the best part, right?
- Grab Snacks: Essential. Gotta have the game-day food.
- Get Comfy: Find the best seat in the house, put my feet up.
- Maybe Text Friends: Let them know the game’s on, see if they’re watching too.
And that’s it! Seriously, it’s not rocket science. A little bit of searching, a little bit of planning, and you’re all set to enjoy the game. Go Rams!
