Okay, here’s my attempt at a blog post, written in a casual and personal style, detailing my investigation into whether WWE 2K24 is cross-platform:
So, I’ve been really getting back into wrestling games lately. My buddies and I, we all have different consoles, you know? One’s got a PlayStation, another’s rocking an Xbox, and I’m team PC. It’s always a pain trying to figure out which games we can all play together.

Naturally, with WWE 2K24 coming out, I got my hopes up. “Maybe, just maybe,” I thought, “this is the one where we can all finally throw down in the ring together, no matter the platform.”
I started digging. First, I just did a quick search, you know, the usual “WWE 2K24 cross-platform” type of thing. I landed on some articles and forum discussions, but nothing super concrete, at least no official words.
My deep search:
I checked some gaming news sites. One site, wccftech, had an interview up with some WWE 2K24 gameplay producer, I think his name’s Bryan Williams.
My heart kinda sank. According to this interview, Bryan guy straight-up confirmed: no crossplay for WWE 2K24. Bummer!
Apparently, even though some other games published by 2K are doing the cross-platform thing, the WWE games aren’t there yet. Makes me wish some heads could be knocked together and find a solution, but… for now, its not there. I guess it just wasn’t in the cards this time around.

So, there you have it. My quest for cross-platform wrestling ended in disappointment. We’ll have to wait at least another year, it seems, before we can all body slam each other regardless of our chosen gaming platform. My friends and I remain divided by our consoles, at least for now.
