Alright, so, I’ve been diving deep into WWE 2K24 lately, and let me tell you, the roster is insane. But, like any good wrestling fan, I wanted everyone unlocked from the get-go. So I started digging around to find out the best way to do it. I don’t like the story mode.
First off, I fired up the game, and went to the in-game store. It turns out you can buy the SuperCharger, which gives you access to a bunch of WWE Legends and alternate attires, it’s nice, but not all characters. The SuperCharger is a DLC. I bought it.
But, the SuperCharger does not unlock all. You know? I’m not satisfied. I wanna all characters. I need more!
After getting the SuperCharger, I went to the “UNLOCKABLES” menu, and I saw a bunch of characters still locked, some alternate versions of wrestlers, and some managers.
Then I started messing around with the Showcase of the Immortals mode. It’s pretty cool, you get to relive some classic WrestleMania moments. It’s 21 matches in total, and as you complete each match, you unlock stuff.
I started with the first match, Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat vs. “Macho Man” Randy Savage. I fought hard, completed all the objectives, and boom, I unlocked a bunch of stuff, including both wrestlers, the WrestleMania III arena, and some other goodies.
- First match, WrestleMania III: Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat, “Macho Man” Randy Savage, and some other characters.
- Second match, WrestleMania V: Hulk Hogan, “Macho Man” Randy Savage, Miss Elizabeth.
- Third match, WrestleMania VI: I played as Hulk Hogan, won against the Ultimate Warrior, and got the man himself.
I kept grinding through the Showcase mode, match after match. Each one had its own set of objectives, and each time I completed them, I unlocked something new. It wasn’t just characters, it’s also arenas, titles. It felt like I was earning something.
It took some time, some sweat, and maybe a few rage quits, but I finally completed all 21 matches in the Showcase mode. And let me tell you, the feeling of unlocking that last character was amazing.
So, if you’re looking to unlock all the characters in WWE 2K24, my advice is to buy the SuperCharger first and then tackle the Showcase of the Immortals mode. Yeah, it’s a bit of a grind, but trust me, it’s worth it. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m gonna go create some dream matches with my fully unlocked roster.
