Okay, so, I’ve been thinking about taking my little one to an NFL game. My kid’s still a baby, not even walking yet, and I was wondering if I needed to get a ticket for him. I did some digging around, and it’s kind of a mixed bag.
First, I tried to find a general rule for all NFL teams, but guess what? There isn’t one. Each team seems to have its own way of doing things. Some might say babies get in free, while others might want you to get a ticket, even for a tiny tot.

I looked into a few specific teams. Turns out, it really depends. For example, I saw that some stadiums let kids under two years old in without a ticket, as long as they sit on your lap. But once they hit their third birthday, it’s game over – they need their own ticket.
Then, I started reading what other parents said about bringing babies to games. Some were like, “Yeah, go for it! Just be prepared.” They were talking about bringing a ton of stuff like diapers, wipes, bottles, and extra clothes. They made it sound like you need to be a superhero to watch the game and take care of a baby at the same time.
- Diaper bag
- Wipes
- Bottles
- Change of clothes
But then, some parents were totally against it. They were saying things like, “Your baby will be miserable. It’s super loud, and they’ll probably cry the whole time. You won’t even enjoy the game.” That got me thinking, is it really worth it?
My Conclusion
After all this, I’m still on the fence. Part of me thinks it could be a fun experience, but the other part is worried it might just be a huge hassle. I mean, I love football, but I also want to make sure my baby is okay. And let’s be honest, I want to enjoy the game too. So, I’m thinking maybe I’ll wait until my kid’s a bit older before we try the whole NFL game thing. It seems like it might be more fun for both of us when he can actually understand what’s going on.
